AudioVector Privacy Policy

AudioVector is designed to visualize audio without collecting your personal information. Audio processing and visualization are performed locally on your device.
Information AudioVector Accesses
AudioVector may access audio or files that you explicitly choose to use with the app, including:
- Audio being captured or provided through supported system audio features.
- Audio files that you select and open in AudioVector.
- Audio-related data necessary to generate real-time visualizations.
- Images or screenshots that you choose to create or save using AudioVector.
This information is accessed only to provide the functionality you request.
AudioVector does not upload your audio, recordings, audio files, visualizations, or screenshots to the developer.
Audio and Screen Capture
Some AudioVector features may use Apple-provided system technologies to capture or receive audio from your device.
When you choose to start one of these features, AudioVector processes the resulting audio data locally to create its visualizations.
AudioVector does not transmit captured audio or screen content to the developer or to an AudioVector server.
You control when capture begins and ends and may stop using a capture feature at any time.
Files
When you select an audio file, AudioVector accesses that file only as needed to play, analyze, or visualize it.
Files you select are not uploaded to the developer.
Files, screenshots, or other content that you intentionally save or export remain on your device or in a location that you choose and are subject to the privacy and storage practices of that location or service.
Data Collection
AudioVector does not collect personal data from the app for advertising, analytics, profiling, tracking, or marketing.
AudioVector does not:
- Create user accounts.
- Track you across apps or websites.
- Sell personal information.
- Share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
- Use third-party advertising networks.
- Upload your audio to the developer for analysis.
- Use your audio to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Analytics and Diagnostics
AudioVector does not include developer-operated analytics or advertising tracking.
Apple may separately collect diagnostic, App Store, purchase, or device information according to your Apple privacy settings and Apple's own privacy policies. Information processed independently by Apple is governed by Apple's policies and is not controlled by AudioVector.
Purchases
If you purchase AudioVector through the App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple.
AudioVector does not receive or store your credit card number, billing credentials, or other payment information. Apple may provide the developer with transaction information necessary to distribute, restore, or support an App Store purchase.
Data Retention
Because AudioVector does not transmit personal information, audio, or user-selected files to developer-controlled servers, the developer does not maintain a server-side copy of this information.
Temporary audio data used for real-time visualization exists only as necessary for AudioVector to perform the requested processing and is discarded or overwritten during normal operation.
Content that you choose to save remains under your control until you delete it from your device or chosen storage location.
Permissions and Your Choices
You can choose whether to use features that require access to audio, files, screen or system capture, or other protected resources.
Where applicable, permissions can be changed through the privacy and security settings provided by iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
You may also stop a capture session or stop using a selected file at any time.
Because AudioVector does not maintain user accounts or a database of personal information collected through the app, there is ordinarily no personal information held by the developer for you to request deletion of.
If you believe information relating to you has been provided to the developer, you may contact us using the information below.
Children
AudioVector does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the app does not operate user accounts or collect personal information through developer-controlled servers, AudioVector does not create profiles of children or other users.
Third-Party Services
AudioVector relies on operating-system and App Store services provided by Apple to distribute the app and provide certain system functionality.
Any information collected independently by Apple or another service that you choose to use is governed by that service's privacy practices.
AudioVector does not provide your audio or user-selected content to third parties for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage purposes.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if AudioVector's features or data practices change.
If an update materially changes how AudioVector collects, uses, or shares personal information, this policy will be updated before or when those practices are introduced.
The effective date shown at the top of this policy indicates the most recent revision.
